Two Anglin’s in court

Chad Anglin, the man who was on the run from police for a few weeks made his first court appearance today (27 July). 

 

Chad Anglin is facing charges of wounding and indecent assault. Mr. Anglin allegedly forced a woman behind a building at Garvin Park in West Bay.  According to court records, he threatened to kill her if she did not give him certain sexual favours. It’s alleged that at some point during the assault, he cut her throat. Chad Anglin is due back in court on 2 September.

 

Devon Anglin, the man charged with killing 4-year-old Jeremiah Barnes on the night of 15 February also appeared in court.

 

Devon Anglin appeared today to answer one of numerous charges against him.  

 

Lawyers in his cases did not have all the paperwork necessary for a trial date to be set.

 

It's alleged that Devon Anglin shot and killed Jeremiah Barnes while the child sat in the back seat of a car driven by his father at Hell Gas Station. 

  

He is due to appear back in court on 24 August.
