Garage dumps oil in pond

What happens to the oil taken from your car when you get it changed? Do you know where it goes?    

Cayman 27’s Kenneth Bryan brings you a story in the video above about a garage that maybe responsible for spilling oil in a wetland area next to it. 

Once officials sort out just who is responsible, they may face court fines or a least, the cost of cleanup.
